On April 12, 2023, the English Language Department at the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Zakho held its very first Literature Fair exhibiting projects on various topics by Second-Year Students. Over the course of a few weeks, the students worked on their projects under the supervision of Ms. Herjin F. Abdullah, Lecturer and the Coordinator of the English Language Department. The fair was ceremonially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Dr. Hoger T. Tawfiq, and the Head of the Department, Dr. Aveen M. Hasan. Several professors, teachers of the English Language Department, faculty members, and students of all departments attended the event.
